Dr. Shannon Herbert, PhD, RD, CDN, RYT is a registered dietitian and yoga instructor with Laura Cipullo Whole Nutrition & Yoga, specializing in eating disorders and women’s hormonal health. Shannon is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies at New York University Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. With a unique approach that blends her yoga expertise with specialized training in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) and Polyvagal Theory, Shannon empowers clients to reclaim their relationships with food and their bodies.
